Abstract
A case of renal leiomyoma with remarkable calcification is reported. The patient is a 46-year-old female. The tumor is 9 x 10 x 12 cm in size and is occupied by granular minute calcifications. Angiographically segmental arteries are stretched by a tumor, in which there are minute tumor vessels and inhomogeneous tumor stain.

报告一例伴有显著钙化的肾平滑肌瘤。患者为46岁女性。肿瘤大小为9×10×12厘米，内部布满颗粒状微小钙化。血管造影显示，肿瘤使节段动脉受压移位，肿瘤内可见微小肿瘤血管及不均匀的肿瘤染色。
