The results of surgical treatment of 91 patient with acalculous cholecystitis are analysed. The active surgical tactics is substantiated. It is shown that in thorough examination of a patient before and at the time of operation, correction of pathology of the gallbladder and bile ducts and other alimentary organs, it is possible to achieve good long-term results. A classification of acalculous cholecystitis is presented.
对91例无结石性胆囊炎患者的手术治疗结果进行了分析。证实了积极的手术策略。结果表明，在对患者手术前及手术时进行全面检查、纠正胆囊和胆管以及其他消化器官的病变后，有可能获得良好的长期效果。本文提出了无结石性胆囊炎的分类。
