Abstract
Endoscopic surgery can replace operative procedures. The evolution of arthroscopy leads to realize intra articular surgery more and more complicated. However, any surgical procedure involve some risks, and surgeons have to be prudent in use of new instruments or new technics. These need a radio surgical environment adapted to all surgery.
