Based on a study of the hemodynamics of the greater and pulmonary circulation by direct methods in 117 patients with essential hypertension it has been demonstrated that changes in the stroke volume are implicated in the mechanism of the interregulation of the greater and pulmonary circulation. Elevation of the pressure in the pulmonary artery is mostly observed in patients with the hypokinetic version of the hemodynamics.
基于对117例原发性高血压患者采用直接方法进行的体循环和肺循环血流动力学研究,已证实每搏输出量的变化参与了体循环和肺循环相互调节的机制。肺动脉压力升高多见于血流动力学为低动力型的患者。
