Prevention of contractures is the main goal of the physiotherapist in the treatment of large burns in the acute phase. Prevention of contractures is achieved by positioning, splints, exercises and compression. It is important for the rehabilitation of the patient that the directions from the Burn Unit concerning the treatment of the burn patients are followed up by the local Health Service after discharge.
预防挛缩是物理治疗师在急性期大面积烧伤治疗中的主要目标。通过体位摆放、夹板固定、运动和加压来预防挛缩。对患者康复而言，烧伤科关于烧伤患者治疗的指导意见在患者出院后由当地卫生服务机构跟进落实非常重要。
