[The differential diagnosis of neuroses and neurosis-like states].

Pathopsychological examination of the patients is important in the differential diagnosis of neurosis and neurosis-like conditions. This is illustrated on the example of differential diagnosis of torpid neurosis-like schizophrenia. The authors analyze the background of selection of methods for pathopsychological examination of this category of patients. This approach will ensure correct early nosological diagnosis and, thus, adequate treatment.
