The possibilities of the "health structure" index application for estimation of the effectivity of physical culture and health improvement work are presented. It is shown that regular physical loadings provide the preservation of the high health level. In small activity mode of life and, especially, irregular physical training, the health level reduces and the disease probability increases.
介绍了“健康结构”指数在评估体育文化和健康改善工作有效性方面的应用可能性。结果表明,定期的体育负荷有助于保持较高的健康水平。在生活活动量小的模式下,尤其是不规律的体育锻炼,健康水平会下降,患病概率会增加。
