Abstract
Fourteen patients with bilateral laryngeal paralysis in adduction were studied. Six of these patients were treated by arytenoidopexy and chordopexy, and the other 8 underwent endoscopic CO2 laser endoscopy. After comparison of the two groups we concluded that the latter technique yielded better respiratory and phonatory results than others previously used.

对14例双侧喉内收性麻痹患者进行了研究。其中6例患者接受了杓状软骨固定术和声带固定术，另外8例接受了内镜二氧化碳激光手术。在对两组进行比较后，我们得出结论，后一种技术在呼吸和发声方面的效果优于以前使用的其他技术。
