We report the case of a patient in whom luxation of an anterior chamber lens (implanted after extraction of a traumatic cataract) occurred due to the development of an epithelial cyst which caused decentralization of the lens and reduced visual acuity. The physiopathology of this complication of cataract surgery and the various surgical methods of treatment are discussed.
我们报告了一例患者，该患者在外伤性白内障摘除术后植入的前房晶状体发生脱位，原因是上皮囊肿的形成导致晶状体移位并降低了视力。本文讨论了白内障手术这一并发症的病理生理以及各种手术治疗方法。
