The authors present 173 cases of cutaneous Leishmaniasis observed in the Biskra area. Sidi Okba is the biggest focus of this disease which mainly affects children from 1 to 5 years. Lesions are dry and often multiple (2 or 3). The authors have observed that 73% of girls are affected on the face and point out the aesthetic damage caused by the oriental sore.
