Six patients suffering from Pinkus' eosinophilic granuloma of the face are described. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are unknown, it is resistant to whatever conservative therapy. The authors suggest an effective method of laser destruction of the foci of skin involvement, giving a good stable cosmetic result.
