Fourteen men with traumatic rupture of the small gut are analysed. Seven had alcohol intoxication. The diagnosis was made pre-operatively in eight. Ileal ruptures were the commonest, (11 of 14). Two patients died.
对14例小肠外伤性破裂的男性患者进行了分析。其中7例伴有酒精中毒。8例在术前确诊。回肠破裂最为常见（14例中有11例）。2例患者死亡。
