Studied the level of induced oxidative modified serum proteins, depending on the stage and extent of arterial hypertension. With the progression of the severity of hypertension found a significant increase in fragmentation of oxidized protein products after their spontaneous and metal-catalyzed oxidation at a wavelength of 270 nm.
