Chloride concentration in sweat was determined by the method of Skine Chloride System of Orion's Model 417 in 100 healthy children and 42 CF children. Statistically significant differences were demonstrated in chloride concentration in sweat between the group of healthy children and CF children. The results of our investigations suggest, that this method is useful in the diagnosis of CF in childhood.
采用奥立龙417型斯金氯化物系统的方法，对100名健康儿童和42名囊性纤维化（CF）儿童的汗液氯化物浓度进行了测定。健康儿童组和CF儿童组之间的汗液氯化物浓度存在统计学上的显著差异。我们的调查结果表明，该方法在儿童CF诊断中有用。
