[QBC--a centrifugation method of quantitative analysis of erythrocytes and leukocytes (with granulocyte and lympho-monocyte count) and blood platelets].

QBC--a new haematological system used for haematological assay of PCV, leucocyte count (with differential leucocyte count, i.e. granulocytes and non-granulocytes) and thrombocyte count--is discussed. The technique is based on the determination of the volume of so-called cellular elements in haematocrit capillary. Advantages and technical problems are also discussed. Authors' own experience and the results obtained with the aid of QBC system are presented.
