Abstract

Bruner's incision has provided surgical exposure for elective and traumatic hand procedures since 1973.We present a modification of the stay stitch - the Wraparound stitch - using a single suture and single tie. The technique is safe, simple and cost effective, and is the authors' preferred method of surgical exposure during hand surgery.
