Abstract

OBJECTIVE

Historically, percutaneous radiologic retrograde gastrostomy tube insertions in children were performed using barium to opacify the colon. The purpose of this study was to examine whether performing radiologic gastrostomy tube insertions without barium affects patient radiation dose.

CONCLUSION

The method of radiologic gastrostomy tube insertion without barium significantly reduced patient dose, fluoroscopy time, dose-area product (DAP), and weight-and time-adjusted DAP.

目的

在历史上,儿童经皮放射逆行胃造口管插入术使用钡剂使结肠显影。本研究的目的是检查不使用钡剂进行放射胃造口管插入术是否会影响患者的辐射剂量。

结论

不使用钡剂的放射胃造口管插入方法显著降低了患者剂量、透视时间、剂量面积乘积(DAP)以及体重和时间调整后的DAP。
