Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To introduce the clinical application of venous nutrition flap pedicled by medial plantar artery of the hallux on the medical aspect of the foot.

METHODS

Based on the anastomoses between the medial plantar artery of the hallux and the nutritional vein, the flap was designed with the perforator of medial plantar artery adjacent to the first metatarsal bone as the rotation point. The flap axis was along the vein at the medial aspect of the foot between rotation point and medial malleolus.

RESULTS

5 cases were treated with primary healing and complete survival flaps. The patients were followed up for 1-12 months with good match of texture and color.

CONCLUSIONS

The venous nutrition flap pedicled by medial plantar artery of the hallux on the medical aspect of the foot can be transpositioned to repair the defect at forefoot.

目的

介绍足内侧拇趾足底动脉蒂静脉营养皮瓣在足部医学方面的临床应用。

方法

根据拇趾足底内侧动脉与营养静脉的吻合情况,以第1跖骨旁足底内侧动脉穿支为旋转点设计皮瓣。皮瓣轴线沿足部内侧在旋转点与内踝之间的静脉走行。

结果

5例患者皮瓣一期愈合、完全存活。随访1~12个月,皮瓣质地、颜色匹配良好。

结论

足内侧拇趾足底动脉蒂静脉营养皮瓣可移位修复前足缺损。
