This is a case of a 18 year-old female with capillary hemangioma of the left kidney. This tumor forms a well-demarcated solid mass showing a low grade contrast enhancement on CT, an echogenic pattern on sonogram, and hypovascularity on angiography. The radiologic findings on this tumor have wide variations in the previously reported cases.
