This study reviewed 6 cases of post-traumatic dislocation of the superior tibia-fibular joint. It was associated 5 times over six to a tibial fracture or major ligament lesion of the knee. The authors have made a review of the literature on this rare injury. The purpose of this paper is to insist on the necessity of an early diagnosis allowing a simple treatment and good results.
本研究回顾了6例创伤后胫腓上关节脱位的病例。其中5例伴有胫骨骨折或膝关节主要韧带损伤。作者对关于这种罕见损伤的文献进行了综述。本文的目的是强调早期诊断的必要性，以便进行简单治疗并取得良好效果。
