We present a case of leiomyoma of the vesical trigone in women, which was studied with intravenous urography, serial micturition cystourethrography, computerized axial tomography, abdominal echography and transvaginal echography. Comparing the data obtained by each of these morphological study techniques with those found in surgery, we were able to appreciate the high precision of those obtained by transvaginal echography. We think that this technique should be taken into account in the study of masses located on the bladder surface in women.
我们报告一例女性膀胱三角区平滑肌瘤病例，该病例采用静脉尿路造影、系列排尿膀胱尿道造影、计算机断层扫描、腹部超声和经阴道超声进行了研究。将这些形态学研究技术各自获得的数据与手术中发现的数据进行比较，我们能够认识到经阴道超声获得的数据具有很高的准确性。我们认为，在研究女性膀胱表面肿物时应考虑采用这项技术。
