[Psychological consultation at dialysis centers].

Patients and staff of a dialysis unit are confronted with many burdens and problems of interaction due to anxiety of the patients and insufficiently medico-psychological competence of the dialysis staff. The psychological interventional possibilities are discussed by own experiences.
