In the case report the overdenture prosthesis replacing the subtotal edentulousness is fixed by a Preci-Horix anchorage of individual design built on the tooth roots. The matrix portion of the anchorage was built in situ into the tooth plate of the denture. This aimes at preventing the disadvantageous overloading effect of the position change due to initial sinking of the denture on the support tooth.
在该病例报告中，用于替代大部分无牙颌的覆盖义齿通过基于牙根构建的个性化设计的Preci-Horix固位体进行固定。固位体的基体部分在义齿的托牙板中原位制作。这样做的目的是防止由于义齿初期下沉导致的位置改变对支持牙产生不利的过载效应。
