For patients pass the age of seventy, the facial dermatologic surgery can be often practised, under local anesthesia, during an hospitalisation of one day (111 cases under 121). The technic of repair in two times is systematically applied for the sclerosing basal cell carcinoma; this technic allows a best performance of excision and diminishes the risk of recurrence.
对于70岁以上的患者，面部皮肤科手术通常可以在局部麻醉下，在一天的住院期间进行（121例中有111例）。对于硬化性基底细胞癌，系统地采用二次修复技术；这种技术能更好地进行切除，并降低复发风险。
