For patients pass the age of seventy, the facial dermatologic surgery can be often practised, under local anesthesia, during an hospitalisation of one day (111 cases under 121). The technic of repair in two times is systematically applied for the sclerosing basal cell carcinoma; this technic allows a best performance of excision and diminishes the risk of recurrence.
