To study the chemical constituents of Eucommia ulmoides in Guizhou Province.
Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-18, MCI and semi-preparative HPLC were used to study the chemical constituents of Eucommia ulmoides, and the chemical structures were elucidated by application of spectral data.
16 compounds were isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides. Their structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1), cycloeucalenol (2), betulinic acid (3), 24-methylenecycloartenone (4), cycloeucalenone (5), salicifoliol (6), pinoresinol (7), genipin (8) , alternariol (9), balanophonin (10), eucommidiol (11), pinoresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), eucommiol (13), deoxyeucommiol (14), 8-hydroxypinoresinol (15), and dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol -γ'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16).
Seven compounds, including compounds 2,4 - 6,9, 10 and 15 are isolated from Eucommia ulmoides for the first time, and compound 14 is isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides for the first time.

从杜仲树皮中分离得到16个化合物。其结构分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、环桉醇(2)、桦木酸(3)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷酮(4)、环桉酮(5)、水杨叶醇(6)、松脂醇(7)、京尼平(8)、链格孢酚(9)、巴兰诺芬(10)、杜仲醇(11)、松脂醇-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(12)、杜仲烯醇(13)、脱氧杜仲烯醇(14)、8-羟基松脂醇(15)、脱氢二松柏醇-γ'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16)。
化合物2、4 - 6、9、10和15等7个化合物为首次从杜仲中分离得到,化合物14为首次从杜仲树皮中分离得到。
