As surgical assist robots begin to widely spread in surgery, active developments are performed all over the world. This article surveys current developments of surgical assist robots. Especially, we focus on the surgical assist robots for minimally invasive surgery, since the surgery has been promoted worldwide. Moreover, the applications of surgical assistant robots, which help performing surgery beside surgeons, are promoted. By examining currently used robots, future developments are expected, for example, making forceps diameter smaller, downsizing the system, suitable systems for long-distance telesurgery, haptic feedback to guide the surgeon, systems for single port surgery, autonomous operation of some tasks in surgery and intelligent systems integrated diagnosis and treatments.
随着手术辅助机器人开始在外科手术中广泛普及,全球范围内都在积极开展相关研发工作。本文对手术辅助机器人的当前发展情况进行了综述。特别是,我们重点关注用于微创手术的手术辅助机器人,因为这种手术在全球范围内都得到了推广。此外,辅助外科医生进行手术的手术辅助机器人的应用也在不断推进。通过研究当前使用的机器人,有望实现未来的发展,例如减小镊子直径、缩小系统尺寸、开发适用于远程手术的系统、提供触觉反馈以引导外科医生、开发单孔手术系统、实现手术中某些任务的自主操作以及开发集成诊断和治疗的智能系统。
