[A case of Caffey-Silverman syndrome].

The authors reported the diagnostic difficulties in the case of Caffey-Silverman's syndrome in 5-months-old infant. The osseous changes of hyperostosis cortical type disclosed in the reported case were limited only to mandible and disappeared after 8 months of first clinical manifestations.
