For certain children, the hyperlexia syndrome refers to a particular pathology coupling an autistic syndrome on the one hand with a compulsion to read or write on the other, contrasted with problems of self-expression. This symptom is analyzed from clinical, linguistic, and finally, etiopathogenic points of view: several hypotheses are discussed, possibly pointing up different particularities of the clinical pattern.
对于某些儿童来说，速读症综合征是指一种特殊的病理状况，一方面与自闭症综合征相关联，另一方面又伴有阅读或书写的强迫行为，同时存在自我表达方面的问题。本文从临床、语言以及最终的病因学角度对这种症状进行了分析：讨论了几种假说，这些假说可能揭示了临床模式的不同特殊性。
