Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of traumatic lumbosacral nerve root avulsion and pseudomeningocele formation at multiple nerve root levels is presented. We report a case of this rare clinicopathologic entity identified by MR imaging in conjunction with more traditional lumbar myelography.
