Abstract
A case of retroperitoneal duodenal rupture after a blunt abdominal trauma in a 16 year old boy is presented. Conventional x-ray examination and ultrasound examination made an early diagnosis possible. The diagnostic possibilities, especially concerning new techniques, are discussed.

本文报告一例16岁男孩钝性腹部创伤后腹膜后十二指肠破裂的病例。传统的X线检查和超声检查使早期诊断成为可能。文中讨论了诊断的可能性，特别是关于新技术方面。
