[Occlusal models in removable partial denture].

In removable partial prosthesis, occlusion patterns play an important part in controlling the factors of inaccuracy at the recording stage. Only rigid patterns allow the necessary precision and reproducibility of the sequences. After recalling the role of these patterns, this document describes first their features related to the base and rims; then, it examines in detail and with figures the different steps of development in laboratory.
