Abstract

In recent years, the history of percutaneous coronary intervention has had a remarkable evolution. Currently, in México are available the bioresorbable vascular scaffolds which have a very precise indications, and offer a new option in coronary intervention. We present the case and review of the published evidence, a new option for intervention with these devices, a complex case with 3 overlapping bioresorbable vascular scaffolds guided by optical coherence tomography.

摘要

近年来,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的历史有了显著的发展。目前,在墨西哥可获得生物可吸收血管支架,其适应证非常精确,并为冠状动脉介入治疗提供了一种新选择。我们展示该病例并回顾已发表的证据,这是使用这些装置进行介入治疗的一种新选择,即一个在光学相干断层扫描引导下植入3个重叠生物可吸收血管支架的复杂病例。
