Extracorporeal irradiation of the blood (ECIB) is a valuable addition to the treatment of chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL). Possibly the prognosis of chronic lymphatic leukemia can be significantly influenced by early treatment. In acute leukemia the increase of bone marrow proliferation can be useful in cases resistent to chemotherapy. Side effects of ECIB have not been observed.
血液体外照射（ECIB）是慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）治疗的一项重要补充。慢性淋巴细胞白血病的预后可能会受到早期治疗的显著影响。在急性白血病中，骨髓增殖的增加在化疗耐药的病例中可能有用。尚未观察到血液体外照射的副作用。
