Abstract
In the framework of the complex rehabilitation of cleft lip and palate patients the final phase of the dental therapy is attained with the definitive prosthetic treatment. This study comprises 148 prosthetically treated patients in the period 1973 to 1986. The results show that there are good preconditions for an undisturbed professional and social development of the cleft lip and palate patients through intensive dental care.

在唇腭裂患者的综合康复框架中，牙科治疗的最后阶段是通过确定性修复治疗来实现的。本研究涵盖了1973年至1986年期间接受修复治疗的148例患者。结果表明，通过强化牙科护理，唇腭裂患者有良好的前提条件实现不受干扰的职业和社会发展。
