The authors report a case of a voluminous retroperitoneal tumor as an incidental finding in a patient with acute urine retention induced by an ovarian compressive cyst. Radiological findings supported the hypothesis of a malignant tumor. The histological examination of the surgical specimen only permitted the diagnosis and showed the association of an adrenal myelolipoma with a Castleman's pseudo-tumor.
