Abstract
In order to enable frailty in carers to be identified early, support projects have been set up within a day hospital for geriatric patients with neurodegenerative diseases. "Help for carers" training groups have been offered for several years in order to provide carers with support and information. This approach favours the global care of the patient and the family.
