The literature reference and own data on structural-functional organization of the cerebral circulation system in birds are summed up. The regularities of cerebral hemodynamics in alteration of the blood gaseous composition, arterial pressure and in rise of the body temperature are emphasized. Possible physiological role of the regulatory specifics of the cerebral circulation system of birds in diving and flying, is discussed.
