A case of acute sinusitis caused by a gutta-percha point is presented. The foreign body was introduced into the sinus during root therapy. Antibiotic therapy was ineffective. Surgical treatment consisted of radical antrostomy and removal of the foreign body.
本文报告1例由牙胶尖引起的急性鼻窦炎病例。该异物在根管治疗期间进入鼻窦。抗生素治疗无效。手术治疗包括根治性鼻窦造口术和异物取出术。
