Abstract
The authors report on a case of hydrocephalus caused by brain abscess in a four-months-old girl. After repeated punctures and antibiotics administration extirpation of abscess was necessary. The child recovered with only slight neurological deficit.

作者报告了一例4个月大女孩因脑脓肿导致脑积水的病例。在反复穿刺和使用抗生素后，有必要切除脓肿。患儿康复，仅遗留轻微神经功能缺损。
