The study of surfactant effects and their biochemical composition in the expiration condensate covered 102 patients with dust bronchitis (DB). Decrease of surfactant effects and violation of the proportion of surfactant lipid fractions (increase in the percentage of free fat acids, triacylglyceride decrease) were noted along with the growth of DB severity and clearly defined pulmonary emphysema.
对102例尘支气管炎(DB)患者呼出气冷凝物中表面活性剂作用及其生化成分的研究发现,随着DB严重程度的增加以及明确的肺气肿的出现,表面活性剂作用降低,表面活性剂脂质组分比例失调(游离脂肪酸百分比增加,三酰甘油减少)。
