Abstract
Since the 1960s, more than 80 percent of our nation's medical schools have added some form of humanities instruction to their course selections. While not all schools require students to take these courses, most at least offer elective classes or lecture series in the humanities. Here is a review of what medical schools in Pennsylvania are offering their students.
