The established rate of hospital admissions of 32.4 +/- 0.8 per 1000 farmers reflects with certain reliability the demand for inpatient care among working farmers with nervous diseases. The extension of the system of admissions to hospital under rural conditions serves as an effective measure of the control of work losses in agriculture.
