Verrucous carcinoma accounts for approximately 5% of penile carcinomas. Verrucous carcinoma is a variety of squamous cell carcinoma with peculiar histologic features and a benign nature. We report two cases of this disease entity diagnosed in two patients aged 57 and 73 years, with a follow up of 2 and 3 years, who had been submitted to partial resection of the penis.
