Efficient high-energy passively Q-switched laser operation was demonstrated with Yb:CaLa(BO) disordered crystal, producing an average output power of 3.0 W at 1018.7 nm, at a pulse repetition frequency of 5.0 kHz; the resulting pulse energy, duration, and peak power were 600 μJ, 5.3 ns, and 113.2 kW, respectively.
利用Yb:CaLa(BO)无序晶体实现了高效的高能被动调Q激光运转,在1018.7nm波长处产生了3.0W的平均输出功率,脉冲重复频率为5.0kHz;所产生的脉冲能量、脉宽和峰值功率分别为600μJ、5.3ns和113.2kW。
