The use of specific means in bacteriological examination for anaerobic microflora in patients with purulent inflammatory diseases of the lungs including ones developing in the presence of pulmonary tuberculosis was validated. Isolation of nonsporulating anaerobic bacteria in monocultures or as a component of polymicrobial associations was shown important for correct diagnosis and using of etiotropic therapy and respective therapeutic measures. This should enable to prevent or to limit development of severe destructive affections of the lungs.
已证实，在对患有肺部化脓性炎症疾病（包括在肺结核存在的情况下发生的疾病）的患者进行厌氧微生物区系的细菌学检查时，使用特定方法是有效的。结果表明，将不产芽孢的厌氧菌分离为纯培养物或作为多微生物联合体的一个组成部分，对于正确诊断以及采用病因疗法和相应的治疗措施非常重要。这应能预防或限制肺部严重破坏性病变的发展。
