Abstract

Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia is considered a lymphoma by the World Health Organization. Cutaneous lesions, particularly of a specific type, are rare occurring in 5% of patients. What draws attention in this case is the unusual cutaneous clinical manifestation and its location on the genitals, which has not been described in researched literature, therefore imposing differential diagnosis with other etiologies of genital ulcers.

世界卫生组织将华氏巨球蛋白血症视为一种淋巴瘤。皮肤病变，尤其是特定类型的病变，很少见，仅在5%的患者中出现。该病例中引人关注的是其不寻常的皮肤临床表现及其在生殖器部位的位置，研究文献中尚未有过描述，因此需要与生殖器溃疡的其他病因进行鉴别诊断。
