Under analysis are data of 36 patients with perforating gastroduodenal ulcers. Five of them were children aged from 12 to 15 and 31 young patients (16-20 years of age). Specific clinical manifestations of the disease in children and young patients are considered. Special attention is given to problems of diagnosing the disease in children and tactics of treatment.
对36例胃十二指肠穿孔性溃疡患者的数据进行了分析。其中5例为12至15岁的儿童，31例为年轻患者（16至20岁）。研究了该疾病在儿童和年轻患者中的具体临床表现。特别关注儿童疾病的诊断问题和治疗策略。
