Abstract
The data on the incidence rate, terms of development and the course of the psychopathy-like syndrome as related to different age groups were derived from a clinicoepidemiological investigation of mentally retarded children. Two periods required increased attention: early school age and junior adolescence. These periods has especially high incidence of the psychopathy-like disorders with their considerable polymorphism demanding large-scale preventive and corrective measures.
