Abstract
Adaptation of the diuresis cure and the use of new hydrotherapy techniques have enabled 32 out of 50 cases of residual renal stones after lithotripsy treated at Vittel, to expel whole or part of the remaining stone fragments. In 1987 the success reached 75% for residual renal stones in the lower calices.
