Our nursing information system has been incomplete and not very reliable. The situation is not changed because our IT department is seriously understaffed and the HIS vendor is weak. We decided to take the responsibility to lead the development of our NIS using the Taiwan model to develop our TIGER-based new strategies.
我们的护理信息系统一直不完整且不太可靠。由于我们的信息技术部门人员严重不足，且医院信息系统（HIS）供应商实力薄弱，这种情况并未得到改变。我们决定承担起责任，采用台湾模式来领导我们护理信息系统的开发，制定基于“TIGER”（推进循证实践的信息技术合作组织）的新策略。
